Helpful staff were accommodating throughout our stay.
I stayed in a Budget Twin Room and was extremely disappointed. The cleanliness was lacking, with remnants of previous guests left on the floor and unwashed bedding. the bathroom setup was poorly designed with broken tiles and a missing toilet roll holder, making the experience quite uncomfortable. My night was further disrupted by non-functioning electrical outlets, which left me with no heating or TV.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure , which made for relaxing mornings. Plus, the fantastic location allowed easy access to Salamanca Place in a short stroll.
Maintenance appeared lacking, with missing light bulbs and a dangerous shower layout leading to persistent puddles in the bathroom. It felt like short-term comfort was prioritized over long-term safety.

The room featured sea views, though obstructed by dirty windows and power lines. Cleanliness was a concern. while the linens were acceptable, the shower and some surfaces were not properly cleaned. The staff was courteous and accommodating, allowing extra time for check-out. broken amenities like the fridge and the lack of spare toilet rolls detracted from the experience.

Great location and comfy beds!
We stayed for 3 nights in a budget twin room. The staff were super chill and helpful. The beds were really comfy. Loved the location—close to Salamanca for food and markets! Just wish the kitchen coulda been cleaner. it needed a bit of TLC. a nice spot to chill in Hobart!

I recently stayed for 3 nights, and while the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, I found the thin walls quite disruptive at night. I would consider staying here again for a budget option.
